Connie Lim has been appointed technical manager of global product development at Jurlique. In this role, she will drive innovative formula development, provide technical support and monitor performance and key milestones in global new product development efforts. Lim brings more than 20 years of experience in the beauty and personal care industry, having gotten her start in the research and development department of L’Oréal. After eight years helping to create professional salon products for stylists at L’Oréal, Lim joined the Neutrogena Corp., where she spent 13 years overseeing the development of skin, acne, body and sun care products.
